Despite rising price of gasoline, pump prices expected to decrease

The price of retail gas in Florida rose $.04 last week, but crude oil overall has been dropping despite the earthquake in Japan. Triple-A spokeswoman Jessica Brady says the drop in demand from the country will help drive down the price. She says the lower prices will show up at the pump in a couple of days, and for now the state average is $3.58 per gallon, $.03 cents higher than the national average.
