Tucked neatly into a road just off of Highway 441 in Micanopy is a patch of land that thrives in the fall. During October and November there is music, farm animals, and festival food.
Coon Hollo Farm has been a family-operated farm since 1941. Every year, it is open to the public, offering food, pony rides, archery, games, hayrides, and more.
The farm’s final weekend for the season is Nov. 3 to Nov. 5. Visitors are welcome from 4 p.m. to dusk this Friday, 10 a.m. to dusk on Saturday, and noon to dusk on Sunday.
