The deadline for Congress to reach a debt deal is approaching. The Treasury Department reports that on August 2nd it will run out of the cash it needs to pay all of the federal government’s bills on time. Steven Gallo spoke with University of South Florida Political Science Professor Susan McManus about the budget crisis.
