Cutting down utility bills, using more recyclable materials, or simply skipping the soda at lunch can make a difference for someone in another country who goes without even a bed or refrigerator. As Florida's 89.1, WUFT-FM's Caitlin Lawrence reports, a new grassroots organization hopes to move people to "Live Cheap."
