Wasted water sparks flareups among farmers, residents and water managers

Water management districts in North Florida are in the hot seat over the way they distribute water permits.  The current dry conditions are pitting agriculture against residents in a number of north central florida communities.   Florida's 89.1, WUFT-FM's Chrissy McLarty reports many people says the agency needs to rethink just how much water everyone can pump.
