Responsive job market gives hope to graduating seniors

As university and college seniors are getting ready to graduate this weekend, the job hunt is on. Associate Director for Career Development at the UF Career Resource Center Lauren Daley says the job market looks hopeful for the class of 2011, but it is not an exact science.

She says part of the reason she is optimistic about the job market, is a more competitive grad school pool.

Daley says it can take up to six months for recent graduates to find a job after graduation, showing potential employers hard work and dedication will boost their chances.
