A University of Florida survey shows Floridian's consumer confidence has decreased from July to August. This month's mark fell five-points to a near-record low of 62, only three points higher than the record low of 59 back in the summer of 2008. UF Survey Research Director, Chris McCarty, blames the drop on a variety of reasons.
