Bradford County is one of many counties in North Florida still dealing with recovery efforts from the flooding left by Tropical Storm Debby. This afternoon, county, state and federal officials will meet to talk about opening a disaster recovery center in Starke, where people can apply for assistance. In the meantime, WUFT-FM's Forrest Smith talked with Bradford Emergency Management Spokesman Michael Heeder about how recovery and assessment has been going
