Levy County law enforcement agencies will be conducting a DUI checkpoint tonight in Chiefland. The DUI checkpoint is part of a statewide effort to crack down on impaired driving over the week of Halloween. Levy County Sheriff's Office Lieutenant Scott Finnen says the worst offenders are usually the people who drive after only having a few drinks.
