Sanford shooter not connected with police crime watch program

As petitions for George Zimmerman's arrest continue to spring up on social media websites such as Facebook, so is the growing interest in what his motivation for shooting 17-year-old Trayvon could have been. Zimmerman has previously been referred to as "Neighborhood Watch Captain," but Sanford Police Department Sergeant David Morgenster says there's a big difference between a neighborhood watch organization and the Sanford's Citizens on Patrol.
