Florida Governor responds to low approval rating

In the latest Quinnipiac poll Florida Governor Rick Scott has the highest "dislike" percentage of any other governor in any state surveyed in 2011.  The Quinnipiac poll also revealed 57 percent of those polled disapprove of Scott's management of the state budget.  In recent months Scott has become media friendly and even launched his "Let's get to work" workdays last week.   Governor Scott sat down this week with Florida Public Radio's Phil Latzman in Miami to talk about his approval rating, the economy, funding cuts to public broadcasting and Florida's challenge to EPA water rules.
