Industry standards helped isolate mad cow case

Despite concerns about a case of mad cow disease found in California, the meat on your dinner plate is just fine. University of Florida IFAS Meat Specialist Chad Carr says this case should show how well the firewalls in the meat industry are working to prevent health risks.
