Can a whole grain diet improve your health?

Eating whole grains may reduce the risk of high blood pressure. Boston researchers say they found about a 20 percent decreased risk of developing hypertension in those who ate whole grain breakfast cereals at least seven times a week.

Gainesville dietician Laura Acosta says the potassium and magnesium in whole grain cereal help to keep blood pressure under control.
