Keeping an eye on Tropical Storm Isaac

Tropical storm Isaac is in the Atlantic near the Island of Guadalupe.  It could head to Tampa Bay by Monday... as a hurricane.  Dennis Feltgen, spokesman for the National Hurricane Center in Miami, says Isaac may not be a tropical storm for long...

Feltgen says it's still too early to tell if Isaac will hit Tampa Bay early next week- the start of the Republican National Convention.

If Isaac does turn into a hurricane and heads to Tampa, Hillsborough County Emergency Management would make the call wether or not to evacuate. RNC Host Committee chairman Ken Jones says they also have contingency plans in place.  Holly Wade is with the Hillsborough County Emergency Management Department.  She says while the RNC might be taking center stage, Hillsborough County officials are calling the shots when it comes to evacuation plans:
