The 2012 hurricane season kicked off less than a month ago and already North Central Florida is experiencing the effects of its second tropical storm. Tropical Storm Beryl caused minimal damage but taught emergency managers how to prepare for the season. As Florida's 89.1, WUFT-FM's Nickelle Smith reports Tropical Storm Debby is now testing those lessons learned.
