The city of Gainesville has often been considered a leading city in green technology. This weekend the city will be a stop along the National Solar Energy Tour which will showcase the many energy efficient technologies that are being used around town. But aside from the few businesses that have installed solar panels, many homeowners have been reluctant to hop aboard the Green movement. Trent Kelly reports on why consumers have been hesitant to adopt green technologies.
