Clearwater claims office for BP see a lot of action

A BP Claims Center opened late last month in Clearwater. As Susan Giles Wantuck reports, a steady stream of people passed through looking for advice and hoping to be reimbursed for their loss of business because of the gusher in the Gulf. As of last Friday, BP said it had paid out more than $200 million in claims from the disaster.
