Governor names special group to make changes in higher education

Governor Rick Scott has created a task force to accelerate the reform of the state university system. Florida's 89.1, WUFT-FM's  Cameron Taylor spoke with Florida Chamber Foundation President Dale Brill about being appointed as the chairman of the Blue Ribbon task force and what he sees as his role in helping reform higher education.
