Real estate prospects looking less dim in Sunshine State

Florida's real estate market outlook improved in the first quarter of 2012 according to a new survey from the University of Florida.  Florida's 89.1 WUFT-FM's Forrest Smith spoke with Tim Becker, the director of the  Bergstrom Center for Real Estate Studies at the UF Warrington College of Business Administration about the findings in the quarterly report--not just the latest positive news but some potential dark clouds on the horizon.
