According to Florida's Department of Juvenile Justice, adolescent deliquency has declined for the past several years. The state defines juvenile delinquency as any illegal acts commited by a youth under the age of 18. Florida's 89.1 WUFT-FM's, Stephanie Bechara talked to DJJ spokesman, CJ Drake about this drop in crime due to the alternatives being offered to teens.
