  • Officials are still searching for two Gilchrist County residents who jumped into the Suwannee River to save a drowning boy Monday.
  • Following Florida Lieutenant Governor Jennifer Carroll's resignation, Gov. Rick Scott said he was disappointed but that her resignation was the best decision for the state and for her family.
  • Police arrested 32 college students for underage drinking and vandalizing at a house party in South Walton County. They spent the night in jail and could lose their scholarships.
  • A Pennsylvania mom created Dolls for Downs for children who have Down syndrome. The dolls can be use to improve motor skills.
  • Cardinal Jorge Bergoglio of Argentina became the first pope of the Americas yesterday following Pope Benedict XVI's resignation earlier this month.
