Optimism despite the debt ceiling crisis

Americans should expect an increase in interest rates regardless of a possible default in the U.S. economy. WUFT-FM’s Luis Giraldo spoke with Santa Fe College Economist David O’Gorman who says he thinks there is a very slim chance of a default and expects an 11th hour settlement to the debt controversy.
