Uber riders and drivers are adapting to new face mask requirements during the pandemic. While the updated mask policy makes some feel more comfortable, it has left others frustrated.
According to Uber, any rider reported for not wearing a mask will be required to take a selfie with a mask on before requesting their next ride using Uber’s mask verification.
