The Rosa Parks Quiet Courage Committee of Gainesville will be honoring Rosa Parks' 99th birthday in a memorial tribute tomorrow. Rosa Parks Quiet Courage Committee President Milford Griner says the memorial means a lot to the committee, as it remembers her life, who she is, and what she stood for.
