On Saturday, Gainesville unveiled its first-ever live-recording venue, the Heartwood Soundstage. More than 20 bands performed at the Heartwood Music Festival, presented by Springbok Booking & Media and Swamp Records, to commemorate the new venue.

Including both indoor and outdoor shows, the crowd was able to listen to different genres of music while enjoying the new venue and the outdoors. As well as providing two stages, they were able to enjoy food and crafts from different vendors.
