Author Harry Crews dead at age 76

Retired University of Florida professor and author of many dark novels, Harry Crews, is dead at age 76. Professor of Creative Writing at Oregon State University Marjorie Sandor says while working at the University of Florida some of Crews' words stuck with her.

Sandor adds she saw Crews have a positive role in shaping several young writers who went on to become wonderful literary novelists and short story writers of our time.
