Gainesville economy is looking up

New numbers show economic growth in the United States slowed in the first quarter of this year, going from 3% to 2.2%. Locally, though, the economy is faring better. Florida's 89.1, WUFT-FM's Chris Peralta spoke with Vice President of Economic Development at the Council for Economic Outreach, David Ramsey, about how the local economy is faring, compared to economies throughout the state and the macro U.S. economy.
