In the first overhaul of school nutrition in 15 years, all schools around the country must be in compliance with the U.S. Department of Agriculture's new school food rules this school year. Florida schools have dealt with this change by moving control of the school lunch program from the State Department of Education to the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. Florida's 89.1 WUFT-FM's Robert Lopez spoke with Florida Agriculture Commissioner Adam Putnam about these changes.
