“Public Health Minute” is a one minute segment in which the host, Dr. William Latimer, interviews researchers and medical professionals about a wide variety of public health topics. The module is sponsored by the University of Florida College of Public Health and Health Professions and the Lehman College of Health Sciences, Human Sciences and Nursing in New York.

Host Bill Latimer, is founding dean and professor of The Lehman College School of Health Sciences, Human Services and Nursing and extraordinary professor of Health Sciences at The University of Pretoria in South Africa. Dana Hill is the producer and segment announcer is Eve Ackerman. “Public Health Minute” is broadcast three times a day on WUFT/WJUF-FM and a dozen public radio stations nationwide.
