The task force set up by Governor Rick Scott to evaluate Florida's "stand your ground" law held its first public hearing today. The law says that a person does not have to retreat in the face of a threat and can use deadly force if fearing danger of death or serious harm. Florida's 89.1, WUFT-FM's Stephanie Denardo spoke with Peter King, a correspondent with CBS news who was at the meeting today, about controversy over the law in the wake of Trayvon Martin's death and what the task force discussed.
