Today’s episode features Fix Them All, a non-profit organization that provides quality low-cost spay and neuter services through a surgery certificate program for dogs and cats in North Central Florida. Their mission is to incentivize the residents to help reduce the number of unwanted animals. The board of Fix Them All partners with veterinarians in 23 counties to secure affordable surgeries. Volunteers assist with making contacts and transporting pets for surgery for those who could not afford to do so.
Priscilla Caplan, president of Fix Them All, formerly known as Pay to Spay, has worked with the organization for many years and is dedicated to helping pets and their owners who are either reluctant to do so or do not have the financial means for spaying and neutering their pets. Last year more than 3500 pets in the area received care and the organization is still in need of more community volunteers and partner veterinarians.
