Over half a dozen dairy goats were skipping around and nibbling on the fingers of children outside of the Newberry Branch Library Wednesday afternoon Once a year, the library hosts a free interactive workshop to teach children about goats and the value of knowing where their food comes from.

As students trickle out of the city after exams, streets are empty and the city of Gainesville becomes a ghost town. But instead of wallowing in the emptiness, there is a variety of events to be visited.
