Gainesville Regional Utilities operation center settles into new location

For more than fifty years Gainesville’s Regional Utilities center has been located in downtown Gainesville. But as Florida’s 89.1, WUFT-FM’s Chrissy McLarty reports, the new Eastside Operations Center is located on North Main Street. Protests continue during “Occupy Gainesville”

Occupy Gainesville protests continue today, despite a number of arrests last night. WUFT-FM’s Bothaina Saleh says spirits remain high.
