Controlled burn causing smoky conditions in North Central Florida

Loose livestock cause closure of I-75

For a few hours Saturday afternoon, I-75 was closed in both directions after a cattle car transport crash on southbound I-75 near mile marker 387. Florida Highway Patrol and Alachua County Sheriff's officers were on scene and attempting to clean up the site and get traffic moving again.
