Family, friends and colleagues of Wes Skiles, an internationally known underwater photographer and scuba diver, braved rain conditions as they gathered in Peacock Springs State Park just north of Mayo this morning. They turned out to honor the man who died this past summer, doing what he loved, scuba diving.
