UF Celebrates 50 Years of Women’s Athletics

This weekend marks 50 years since women’s athletics were introduced at the University of Florida. UF First-Ever Gymnast Nancy Thayer said, “We just built the foundation. We didn’t make it great. It’s the women who succeeded us that have made it great.”
