The woman trapped in this morning’s crash on Northwest 13th Street was pinned inside her car, so the roof had to be removed, Gainesville Fire Rescue Lt. Ronald Thomas said.

The person who had been trapped inside a car following this morning car crash on Northwest 13th Street has been taken to the hospital, and the vehicles involved are being towed.

One person is trapped inside a vehicle after a crash at 8600 NW 13th St., according to Gainesville Fire Rescue.
Firefighters found one vehicle on its side and one person trapped when they arrived at the crash.
