Video: After Transition Year, School’s Out For Chester Shell Elementary

By

Chester Shell Elementary has finished its first year after taking in a surge of students from Waldo Community School, which closed last year.

“The challenges were just learning new things,” said Holly Burton, principal of Chester Shell. “You’ve got, you know, two different school cultures, and we wanted to make sure that we kept the important traditions from each.”
