NFL Announces Move of Pro Bowl to Orlando

ORLANDO, Fla. — The NFL has announced that the Pro Bowl is moving to Orlando following this season after being played in Honolulu for most of the past 29 years.

Officials from the NFL, ESPN, Disney and Florida Citrus Sports were at Disney's ESPN Wide World of Sports on Wednesday to say the league's all-star game will be played Camping World Stadium.

The Pro Bowl had been played in Hawaii since 1979, with the exception of two years. In addition to the Pro Bowl, the NFL also announced the Miami Dolphins and Atlanta Falcons would play their preseason game at Camping World Stadium.

The stadium previously known as the Citrus Bowl recently underwent a $200 million in renovations in hopes of attracting the NFL.
