Ocala residents will be able to pay their utility bills in a new way starting Tuesday, March 1.

Payment kiosks will be available at four locations around the city, according to a city of Ocala press release. The locations are: the City of Ocala Customer Service Office, Paddock Mall, Marion County Library Headquarters and the Citgo “The Spur” station.

While all kiosks will operate during the facilities' normal hours, the kiosk outside the City of Ocala Customer Service Office will be accessible at all times.

Payment options include cash, checks or credit cards, the release said. But using credits cards will come with an additional fee, and change and money orders will not be accepted.

Kiosks are not expected to provide change until April. Until then, any cash overpayments will be credited to customers’ accounts.

For more information, contact the City of Ocala Customer Service Office at 352-629-2489.
