By

The Gainesville Police Department is seeking information on the disappearance of 23-year-old Hannah Brim, who was last seen on Jan. 19 leaving in a vehicle as the passenger of Nelson Armas, 28.

Armas, who has a history of domestic violence, is in the Alachua County Jail on a domestic battery charge unrelated to Brim’s disappearance. Armas has cooperated with the investigation but denies knowing the whereabouts of Brim, police spokesperson Ben Tobias said in a news release.

GPD asks that anybody with additional information contact GPD Detective Tom Mullins at 352-393-7619 or text keyword GPDFL with the tip to 274637 to provide information anonymously.
