Ninety-one percent of alcohol-related arrestees were underage at a handful of Gainesville night clubs and bars from 2014 to early 2015.
Gainesville police proposed on Monday a way of reducing those numbers at the city’s public safety committee meeting. The proposal would force bars to take more responsibility for preventing underage drinking.
