Grace Marketplace, a local group of service agencies that provides food, water and amenities to the homeless, will soon close two facilities to alleviate some of its expenses. The shutdowns come as a result of a projected $250,000 annual budget deficit. The center also plans to open indoor housing to accommodate those in need.
