Midsummer Night’s Dream opens at the Hippodrome

It’s a new take on an old story.  The Hippodrome State Theatre in Gainesville opens its performance of “A Midsummer Night’s Dream,” Friday night.  The modernized play is being called enchanting, captivating and adventurous.  Florida’s 89.1, WUFT-FM’s Chris Gilmore talked with two of the cast members about what it means to bring Shakespeare back to Gainesville.
