Hurricane Irene heads toward the outer banks of the Carolinas

Over the next day or so Hurricane Irene will brush by the Florida peninsula.  Meanwhile, the NOAA Tropical Prediction Center and FEMA are in high gear monitoring the storm’s movement just off the eastern coast of the United States.  Steven Gallo reports.
