By

Protesters will gather today to advocate what they call the proper removal of Bison from Paynes Prairie. Advocates are protesting in response to the Florida Department of Environmental Protection’s Bison management plan, and protest organizer Lisa Grossman says they are hoping to ensure the safe removal of the roaming animals.
The protest will begin at 5:30 p.m. today on the corner or University and 13th.
