Although several hurricanes formed in the Atlantic, none hit the United States. The upcoming season may be different. Meteorologists say 2011 may be an active year for hurricanes. As Florida’s 89.1 WUFT FM’s Juliza Monterroso reports 15 total storms are predicted for this year.
