Jailed investor Bernie Madoff now says banks were complicit in his fraud, which is a total shift from his original statements. Madoff made international news headlines a few years ago when his ponzi scheme came to light. He was one of a few people who went to prison as a result of the scheme and is now serving a 150-year sentence. Olivia Link spoke with University of Florida Finance Professor, John Banko, about Madoff spreading the blame.
