Ian could become a hurricane again before hitting the southern East Coast

Tropical Storm Ian is predicted to strengthen a bit when it moves over the Atlantic Ocean, before making a new landfall in South Carolina on Friday.

Tropical Storm Ian, weakened by its devastating trip across the Florida peninsula, is expected to regain a bit of strength when it reaches the Atlantic Ocean.
