Vice President Harris looks for a fresh start on migration issues in Honduras


Vice President Harris, seen here in a Jan. 21 file photo, is attending the inauguration of Xiomara Castro, the new president of Honduras on Thursday.

The fact that Vice President Harris is even attending the inauguration is a sign of the importance the White House is placing on finding a partner in the fight against root causes of migration.
